4. In February, we introduced our first Augmented Reality shopping tool, allowing customers to see our products become a part of their environment. As inspiration plays an increasingly important role in purchasing decisions for luxury consumers, Burberry is continuously experimenting with digital innovation such as AR to create a more exciting and personalised experience. We have featured a range of AR products over the year, including Burberry surfboards, sneakers and leather goods. In August, we launched AR for customers to be able to try on glasses and sunglasses virtually, making the online shopping experience even more immersive and helping customers to find inspiration when researching new purchases.
