This iPhone and Android app introduces an innovative business model where customers subscribe monthly to wear a different high-end watch each week. Targeted at business professionals and white-collar workers, the app was designed to provide a seamless experience for users selecting and receiving luxury watches.
The app followed a standard eCommerce user flow, where users browse, pick a watch, and have it delivered to their address. The challenge lay in creating a premium experience while maintaining ease of use for the subscription-based model, with attention to selecting, subscribing, and managing deliveries.
The app was designed holistically, with a focus on user journeys and individual flows. A range of filters was implemented to help users easily find watches that fit their style and preferences. Every interaction and user experience detail was carefully considered to ensure smooth navigation and engagement throughout the app.
